Vital Equipment, Inc usually ships your order within 24 hours of ordering - Monday through Friday.  Orders received after 2pm EST may be processed the next Business Day. 

(Please note that our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.)  We ship  via UPS, Fedex or USPS.

Your order  (depending on the State and delivery method)  should arrive:

• Ground:   Via Fedex, USPS or UPS:   1-5 Business days

• Budget:   Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We may ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex at our discretion.

• Next Day (by end of business day),  or 2nd Day Air (2 business days) orders must be received by 2 pm EST in order for your package to ship out that day.

• ​

(For Example:  if an order is shipped on Friday as an "Air" package, Saturday and Sunday are not considered as "Business" days by UPS OR FEDEX.)

So, a Next Day Air order that ships on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. And a 2nd Day Air placed on a Friday before 2pm EST will deliver on the following Tuesday.

• We will require a signature for packages shipping to an apartment or for orders over $1000.00

• Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed.  We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address. Our policy is to request a Drivers License or another form of ID if needed to verify the validity of the address.

• Additional ID may be required if the billing and shipping address do not match.

• All shipping fees are based on Continental US shipments. Shipping fees may vary if you are outside the continental US, or dependent on weight or dimensions.

• We will contact you if the shipping costs are more than you have agreed upon to determine if you wish to proceed with the order. 

• Orders that qualify for promotional shipping (Free, Discounted or School Orders) are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex at our discretion.

• Saturday and Sunday are not considered as "business days" by UPS or FedEx.

• Seasonal weather events and other disruptions may occur and cause delays for inbound and outbound shipments with our shipping partners FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

• Redding Medical reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to: Limitation on quantities available for purchase, Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, orders suspected as fraud. 

• If your package was damaged, delivered incorrectly, or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery. If your package was lost during shipping, please contact Customer Service 2 days after your order was supposed to have been received.

We ship via Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or any US military base. (Please note that we may contact you if the shipping fee needs to be adjusted or approved.)

Please enter accurate shipping address. Any discrepancy in the ship to address will delay delivery and add an additional Address Correction Fee of $14.00.
